EISELE launches new GigaMotion ATEX long axis agitator series for wall mounting in biogas plants |

Sigmaringen (Germany), 16 January 2024 – EISELE is a leading manufacturer of pumps and agitators for the agricultural and biogas sectors. Now, with the GigaMotion 15, 18.5 and 22 long axis agitators, it is launching a new series specially designed for large biogas tanks with high dry matter (DM) content and constant fill levels. The ATEX-compliant agitators are solidly built and designed for stability. They have a low-wear hydropneumatic suspension system, with a nitrogen accumulator above the hydraulic cylinder acting as a damping element. GigaMotion long axis agitators can be installed at working depths of up to 5 m below the filling level, and are approved for Ex zone 2 in accordance with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU. |

Sigmaringen (Germany), 7 December 2023 – EISELE, a leading manufacturer of pumps and mixers for the agricultural and biogas sectors, has developed a new energy-efficient series of units based on its proven GTWSB submersible mixers. These will be presented for the first time in December at the Biogas Convention & Trade Fair 2023 in Nuremberg, Germany. The slow-rotating large-propeller GTWSL and GTWSL-E devices offer maximum savings potential when mixing the substrate at speeds of up to 113 rpm. |

EISELE equips AT series submersible motor pumps with IE5 synchronous motors, offering unique savings potential |

Now it has equipped three of its proven AT series submersible motor pumps with energy-efficient IE5 class synchronous motors. The tried-and-tested drives comply with the Ultra Premium Efficiency category according to the EU Ecodesign Regulation, setting new standards in energy efficiency. Eisele is currently the only manufacturer in the biogas field to equip submersible motor pumps with IE5 motors with matched performance specifications. The pumps are unbeatable worldwide in terms of savings on energy and servicing costs. In Germany, they are eligible for grants through BAFA module 1 and module 4. Depending on their duration of use, they pay for themselves within a short, easily calculable time. |

With the newly amended BAFA rules in June 2023, Eisele can assure its customers in Germany of considerably better grant incentives and previously unattainable profitable investment conditions when they purchase Eisele equipment with IE5 motors. Among the BAFA changes, the previous subsidy rate for small businesses in the biogas sector with fewer than 50 employees has been increased from 40% to 50%. |

Sigmaringen, 27 November 2022 – EISELE, a leading manufacturer of pumps and agitators for the agricultural and biogas sectors, has already been selling submersible mixers with IE5 electric drives extremely successfully for more than two years. As a logical next step, Eisele is now extending this successful technology to its pump range. With immediate effect, five new electric motors in energy efficiency class IE5 Ultra Premium Efficiency are available for driving submersible, vertical and close-coupled pumps with outputs from 11 kW to 30 kW. With these drives, Eisele is one of the first manufacturers on the market to offer a wide range of pumps with IE5 drives that are not only eligible for grants, but also demonstrably cut energy costs and protect the environment. |

EISELE has enhanced its GTWSU series of submersible mixers for slurry and slalom channels |

Sigmaringen (Germany), May 12, 2022 – EISELE, leading manufacturer of pumps and mixers for the agricultural and biogas sectors, has completely revised its series of GTWSU submersible mixers for channels. The design of the new mixers is now even more solid. In addition, the guide carriage and the nozzle have been redesigned, the blade geometry of the propeller has been optimised and a new hub technology has been introduced. Due to their solid construction, the GTWSU 1040 (7.5 kW), GTWSU 1540 (11 kW) and GTWSU 204 (15 kW) mixers enable more efficient mixing processes and longer operating times even with a very high dry substance content. |
