Willich-Münchheide, Germany, May 08, 2023 – ROHM has started with the mass production of 650V GaN (Gallium Nitride) HEMTs GNP1070TC-Z and GNP1150TCA-Z optimized for a wide range of power supply systems applications. These new products are jointly developed with Ancora Semiconductors, Inc., an affiliate of Delta Electronics, Inc., that develops GaN devices. |

Willich-Münchheide, Germany, April 27, 2023 – ROHM developed the industry’s thinnest* (H:0.03inch/0.85mm) 12W rated metal plate shunt resistor (PSR350). It is optimized for high power applications in the automotive and industrial equipment markets. ROHM will also expand the PSR lineup to include a 0.2Milliohm (PSR100) model along with a 15W type in the industry’s smallest size (PSR330). |
