|Germany’s Best Employer: Vector Takes Second Place|
|Berlin/Stuttgart, Germany, 2019-03-25 – The Stuttgart IT specialist Vector claimed an outstanding second place in the 2019 Germany-wide “Great Place to Work” competition in the category for companies with between 501 and 2,000 employees. In Baden-Württemberg, Vector is the best-ranked mid-sized employer in this category. The award ceremony was held on the evening of March 14 in Berlin. The employees of the rapidly growing company attest that their employer provides an extraordinary workplace culture. In the information and communication technology sector, Vector ranked second in the category for large employers.
For the study, the “Great Place to Work” initiative interviewed the employees of 680 companies using an online survey and conducted extensive culture audits on quality, variety and sustainability of the human resources management of the companies. Our employees feel and live these dynamics. We do whatever is possible to create the workplaces and the atmosphere that support this momentum. This advances the company as well.”
