Wolfgang Mayrhuber Was Unanimously Re-elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Infineon Technologies AG
Munich, February 12, 2015 – The Supervisory Board of Infineon Technologies AG re-elected Wolfgang Mayrhuber unanimously today as Chairman. The 15th Annual General Meeting had previously confirmed Mayrhuber as the shareholders’ representative on the Supervisory Board. It is his second term as Infineon’s Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He accepted the chairmanship of the committee for the first time in February 2011.

Mayrhuber and the Supervisory Board Members newly elected today will end their terms in office regularly upon the close of the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2019.
