ERNI X-PRESS now with 24-hour assembly service

Adelberg, October 28, 2009 –  ERNI Electronics GmbH expands its Online-Shop ERNI  X-PRESS which has started in December 2008. Based on very positive customer feedback the product offering was enlarged, an English Website (https://www.erni-x-press.com/en) installed to support European-wide sales and in addition a 24-hour assembly service is now offered. European customers can select from more than 400 different products. The product offering includes connectors with 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.27mm, 2.0mm and 2.5mm pitch, power supply connections, Modular Jacks, field bus and USB Firewire solutions, circular connectors, SMA connectors and housings. In addition various types of cable assemblies can be ordered online. ERNI X-PRESS provides high-quality products with the seal of quality "Made in Europe". All products are available of the shelf with 24-hour delivery. ERNI does not impose a minimum purchase, minimum order number or any other obligations. All purchases will be on fair terms, even orders of just one single item. For orders with a value of more than EUR 100 free delivery within Germany is offered. ERNI ES GmbH, a subsidiary of ERNI Electronics GmbH offers assembly services for electronic boards and systems, certified to ISO9001. ERNI-X-PRESS customers can get their electronic assembly within 24 hours, assembled to the highest standard using all conventional soldering technologies: SMT (Surface Mount Technology) - surface-mounted components THR (Through Hole Reflow) - through-hole components for the reflow process THT (Through Hole Technology) - conventional wave or manual soldering process. Up to five boards with a maximum of 1000 components can be supplied within 24 hours. The maximum board size is 510mm x 407mm with component heights up to 25mm. In addition fine pitch components like BGAs with 0.5mm pitch or QFPs with 0.3mm pitch can be handled.
