Continued growth for Columbus McKinnon Engineered Products under new management team |
Kissing (Germany), 7 March 2024 – Columbus McKinnon Corporation (CMCO) is putting its subsidiary in Kissing, Germany, Columbus McKinnon Engineered Products, a technology leader in components and system solutions for motion control and lifting technology, on course for further growth with a new top management team. Robert Kirner and Marc Philipp are the successors to Ulrich Hintermeier, who held senior positions in the company for 35 years and retired at the beginning of 2024 after several years as Managing Director. Together with the management team, Robert Kirner as the new site manager will continue to focus the subsidiary and its Pfaff-silberblau brand on growth. Kirner has been with the company for 20 years and is a true Pfaff-silberblau veteran with a wealth of experience when it comes to strengthening the brand. Together with Marc Philipp, Senior Director Sales, he will shape the implementation of the growth strategy, including the development of product roadmaps, to consolidate market leadership, increase efficiency and continue to deliver profitable growth. Robert Kirner said: "As the new site manager, I am looking forward to working closely with the global team to further strengthen our local presence in Kissing. Together, we will maximise synergies for the sustainable success of Columbus McKinnon, Pfaff-silberblau and our employees.
